Project Definition

The project consists of the construction of a one-story, 11,000 sq ft commercial space and retail store units and a two-story, 23,000 sq ft space for famous Tolbert Yilmaz School of Dance attached on a 2.8-acre site in Roswell, GA. The project includes the build-out of the commercial units, as well as the dance studios, front lobby, café and rooftop, offices, costume shop, props closet, and locker rooms. 100.000 sq ft outdoor work includes necessary parking areas, connection roads, circulation roads, and landscaping. The building was constructed with a steel frame and features a brick and stucco facade in front of a split-faced CMU block and metal frame exterior and storefront glass framing. Ground-up project was completed in 2020.​

C Jones and will feature a convenience store, prep kitchen, restrooms and service areas, a car wash, and a fuel canopy. The project includes the installation of underground fuel tanks and all necessary site work. The project also includes the installation of all necessary finishes, fixtures, Fuel pumps, gas pipes, and equipment as well as installation of a grease trap, hood systems, kitchen equipment, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. The building will be constructed with a concrete foundation and a steel frame, and will feature a brick, metal panel and glass exterior. The project is set to be completed in 2023.​
