North Georgia School of Ballet
Project Definition
The project consists of tenant buildout of a 10,000 sq ft commercial space at 8215 Roswell Rd in Sandy Springs, GA. The building was designed by TAD Architect and the buildout will include the construction of dance studios, a front lobby, a cafe -kitchen, offices, a costume display area, a props closet, and locker rooms. The project also includes the installation of all necessary finishes, special studio flooring, fixtures, and equipment. The building will be constructed with a concrete foundation and a steel frame, features a brick and glass exterior. The project was completed in 2021.
