Project Definition
Construction of a new 5,450 sq ft gas station at 533 Jackson Street in Thomson, GA. The gas station is designed by Charles W. C Jones and will feature a convenience store, prep kitchen, restrooms and service areas, a car wash, and a fuel canopy. The project includes the installation of underground fuel tanks and all necessary site work. The project also includes the installation of all necessary finishes, fixtures, Fuel pumps, gas pipes, and equipment as well as installation of a grease trap, hood systems, kitchen equipment, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. The building will be constructed with a concrete foundation and a steel frame, and will feature a brick, metal panel and glass exterior. The project is set to be completed in 2023.
