Project Definition
The project consists of a tenant buildout of a 2,500 sq ft office space at 601 Houze way Suite 800 in Roswell, GA. The office unit was designed by E3 Design and the buildout includes the construction of front desk lobby, offices, conference rooms, break room, service and support spaces. The project also includes the installation of all necessary finishes, fixtures, furniture and equipment. The building was constructed with a concrete foundation and a steel frame and features a brick and glass exterior. The project was completed in 2021.
