Project Definition
The project consists of the construction of a new 5,500 sq ft ghost kitchen at 1300 Peachtree Ind. Blv. Suite 2110 in Suwanee, GA. The building was designed by E3 Design and will feature 8 industrial kitchens combined in one space and a food delivery lounge. The project includes the build-out of lounge area, a bar, and all necessary service and support spaces. The building was constructed with a concrete foundation and a steel frame, features a brick and glass exterior. The project includes all necessary finishes, fixtures, and equipment. The project was completed in 2022.
