Project Definition
The project consists of a tenant buildout of a 2,750 sq ft restaurant space at 237 Perimeter Center Pkwy Suite-61 in Dunwoody, GA. Unit was designed by Yung Architecture and the buildout will include the construction of a dining area, a kitchen, and all necessary service and support spaces. The project also includes the installation of all necessary finishes, equipment, fixtures, furniture and equipment. The building was constructed with a concrete foundation and a steel frame and features a concrete and glass exterior. The project was completed in 2022.
