The project consists of the tenant buildout restaurant space in Sandy Springs, GA, and the construction of a new Gus’s Famous Fried Chicken Restaurant and trash compactor and dumpster pad & enclosure. The project includes the installation of a grease trap, hood systems, kitchen equipment, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. The building was constructed with a concrete foundation and a steel frame and features a brick and glass exterior. The project was completed in 2017.
