The building was designed by E3 Design. and the buildout includes the construction of a jewelry showroom, office, repair workshop, breakroom, restrooms and all necessary service and support spaces. The project also includes the installation of showroom cabinets, all necessary finishes, fixtures, and equipment. The unit was constructed with a concrete foundation and a steel frame and features a brick and glass exterior. The project was completed in 2021.
