The project consists of the construction of a one-story, 11,000 sq ft commercial space and retail store units and a two-story, 23,000 sq ft space for famous Tolbert Yilmaz School of Dance attached on a 2.8-acre site in Roswell, GA. The project includes the build-out of the commercial units, as well as the dance studios, front lobby, café and rooftop, offices, costume shop, props closet, and locker rooms. 100.000 sq ft outdoor work includes necessary parking areas, connection roads, circulation roads, and landscaping. The building was constructed with a steel frame and features a brick and stucco facade in front of a split-faced CMU block and metal frame exterior and storefront glass framing. Ground-up project was completed in 2020.

The project includes the construction of a reception area with a capacity of 400, a banquet area with a capacity of 400, a ballroom with a size of 7000 sq ft and a dance floor measuring 10 by 10 feet, as well as event planning and getting ready rooms. The banquet hall was designed by Yung Architecture and features a modern design with high-quality finishes. The project also includes the installation of necessary audio-visual system, sound devices, electrical, plumbing and HVAC work to support the new space, as well as wheelchair accessibility.
