The hair extension & beauty salon project consists of a tenant buildout of a 1,500 sq ft hair and beauty salon at 601 Houze way Suite 700 in Roswell, GA. The unit was designed by E3 Design and the buildout includes the construction of a salon area, a reception area, and all necessary service and support spaces. The project also includes the installation of shampoo bowls, all necessary finishes, fixtures, and equipment. The unit was constructed with a concrete foundation and a steel frame and features a brick and glass exterior. The project was completed in 2021.
